Is your office a health hazzard?

Do you leave your work place feeling worse for wear? Take our quick check list to improve your work environment.
Do you have your office chair at the correct working height to suit yourself, not others?
Is your computer screen away from overhead lighting to avoid glare and eye strain?
Do you move away from your desk at regular intervals?
Are you working in a clutter free environment, one where you can reach your keyboard easily and comfortably?
